Dustin Pedroia

Dustin Pedroia has played for big league baseball , with the Boston Red Sox, winning a Rookie of the Year Award, an MVP and two World Series titles. But the most important achievement throughout the years is the acknowledgment of his leadership and team attitude. Rumour has it that Pedroia possibly appointed as an official team captain, aiming to help other players on his team to get better.

Christie Rampone
Christie Rampone has been players of the U.S. female’s national soccer team for five World Cups and four Olympic Games, contributed to achieve three Olympic gold medals and two World Cup titles.
Rampone’s father used to be a coach, and she has implied it might be something she’d pursue. According to Ben Meyer-Abbott of the National Women’s Soccer League, she held a professional title as a player/coach in 2009.
Rampone shared with Meyer-Abbott, “As for coaching, I’ve got so much experience as a defender including reading, organizing and understanding each player’s tasks on the field and that’s something help me to translate well into becoming a coach.”

Steve Blake

NBA guard Steve Blake was nurtured by the great college coach in Gary Williams at Maryland, and he has moving on to have that type of journeyman, role-player NBA career that can transform itself to coaching success.

Now as member of the Detroit Pistons, Blake has played with talents like Kobe Bryant, Carmelo Anthony and LaMarcus Aldridge. In the 2014 annual NBA GM Survey, 12% of general managers agreed that Blake would become the best NBA coach of all active players.

Of the general managers polled in the 2014 NBA GM Survey, 24 percent of general managers agreed that Chris Paul would become the best NBA coach of all active players. Being a star point guard like Steve Nash with experience in the pressure cooker of Los Angeles market to achieve a reputation as the league’s best floor general. Paul possess the vision and skills to gather his teammates toward a greater goal.
